Lunch on the Clock - Telehealth in Mancelona
Presented by Health Department of Northwest Michigan. Mancelona is serving as a regional hub for telehealth services for students. Nurse Practitioner Julie Korth from the Ironmen Health Center will be talking about this advancement and how it’s helping student from Mancelona and four regional counties gain access to care quickly and without high-cost burdens. Dr. Paul Blanchard, a member of the Citizen Advisory Committee, will share the purpose and outcomes of the committee, which has three members from Antrim County. Learn how this group is providing feedback on important projects.
Cost: $10 per person to cover lunch. Menu is two slices pizza, chips, veggie tray, dessert, water. You may bring your own favorite beverage. MUST pre-register.

Dr. Paul Blanchard is a member of the Health Department of Northwest Michigan's Citizens Advisory Committee.
Julie Korth
Nurse Practitioner
Julie Korth is a Nurse Practitioner with Ironmen Health Center. She went into nursing because she loves helping others, and later went into school nursing. She is a registered nurse and worked for many years at a children's hospital before returning to school for her Master's degree. As a school-based NP, she is able to provide health care to children who otherwise may not have had access to any type of health care. She specializes in pediatrics.
